Based on the principle of thermosyphon, the heat sink is equipped with a vacuum chamber, instead of the capillary structure of the VC plate. The phase change cycle of the working fluid is competed through gravity to minimize the thermal resistance and realize efficient heat conduction. The 3D-TVC heat sink adopts the integrated three-dimensional aluminum vacuum chamber, rather than the traditional copper die cast heat sink, to strengthen natural convection for efficient heat dissipation. It features strong cooling ability, small size and light weight.
