During all these years, Envicool has made Ling Bo into a more daring, courageous and determined man with strong loyalty to the team. When he first joined Envicool, Ling Bo had trouble fitting in. So, he decided to slow down and immerse himself into specific tasks. After a while, his efforts gained recognition from company leaders and his supervisor.
Three years of hard work justified his excellent expertise and responsible attitude towards his job. Therefore, the company leaders proposed to let Ling Bo be responsible for a brand-new product line.A brand-new product line means a shift to another industry. He could only imagine the uncertainties and difficulties laying ahead. Moreover, that would be a challenge to his way of thinking as a product developer. He had to focus more on the changes in application scenarios and customer needs, and more importantly, on user experience.

However, years of experience had taught him the importance of improving himself. After several days of consideration, he made his decision to take on the responsibility and seize the opportunity to improve himself. In times of difficulty, he could still feel empowered by the encouragement and advice from his superiors Mr. Qi Yong and Mr. Liu Jun. His experience in the company also gave him strength.

For the new product line, Ling Bo started by attracting customers to promote new products of Cooltek, and at the same time, improving the efficiency of all links.During this process, he put effort into analyzing and learning new knowledge about related businesses to become more adaptive to the new environment and optimize every link.
In addition, Ling Bo would read books about management to learn from the best after work.When meeting with core backbones, he would dig deep in the excellent examples and learn from them.
Talent management and cultivation gradually became his main focus when he managed to do a better job at developing the product line.He would reflect on personnel changes and started to pay attention to core positions, aiming at improving their efficiency. As time passed by, he became more and more clear about the positioning of internal personnel. Besides, the quarterly project summaries and outstanding project awards could attract people's interests through team-building activities and rewards at the company level. In this way, everyone could find the right directions at work and feel more fulfilled in the project.

However, the development and promotion of new products weren't all smooth sailing. There was a minor problem in product design. Although Ling Bo was alert and had immediately addressed it, the incident still casted a shadow over everyone in the team.To boost their morale and avoid similar mistakes in the future, he went through the whole incident for verification and talked with team members. A more standardized development and promotion process for new products was established.
How to make good products became Ling Bo’s central focus. After all, brand value and better customer experience depend on good quality. At the front end, Ling Bo personally followed up on every part of the project, including the construction of laboratories and test platforms, and designated a person in charge of the tasks. On the back end, Ling Bo attached great importance to quality awareness. He urged his teammates to view quality with a deep appreciation through internal training with typical cases.
Ling Bo described himself as a person with conviction. As long as he makes a decision, he will forge ahead to achieve the goal in a down-to-earth manner.In his lowest moments, Ling Bo never looks down on himself and always believes that he is moving towards the right direction. At the peak of his career, he can still remain calm and humble.
He made his best endeavors. Next was to wait for them to pay off. Ling Bo’s aim was to fundamentally ensure consistent quality, complete cost estimation, strengthen technical capacity, and reserve manufacturing resources.
The past nine years have taught him numerous valuable lessons. His mind was toughened, and his role carved out. Long, long had been my road and far, far was the journey; I would go up and down to seek my heart’s desire. The famous line by poet Qu Yuan (340 B.C.-278 B.C.) during the Warring States period of ancient China is the perfect description of Ling Bo's state of mind.
